Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary

Located about 117 kilometers from Akola, Painganga Wildlife Sanctuary is home to numerous species of flora and fauna. Besides birds like vulture, bulbul, dove, kingfisher, cuckoo and kite; animals like fox, leopard, jackal, hare, antelope, sambar, porcupine, black buck and many others can be spotted in this sanctuary. The best time to take the Jungle Safari is from January to June.
